All individuals responsible for a team and all spectators shall support the referee. Failure to do so will undermine the referee’s authority and has the potential of creating a hostile environment for the players, the referee, and all the other participants and spectators.
Consequently, Kickers S.C. has adopted and modified the following rules:
Positive Environment Agreement violations by coaches and/or spectators will be reported by the referees of the match in the referee report based on a sliding scale of 0 to 3 where 0 = No PE violation and 3 = most severe PE violator.
A Guide for the referee's PE numerical report follows, and specific comments are welcome:
Level | Severity of Violation | Conduct Involved |
0 | No issues | Everyone well behaved and positive |
1 | Minor | Some comments. Did not disrupt enjoyment of game by player or distract the referee(s). |
2 | Major | Significant comments. Did disrupt game. Cautions issued or should have been issued. |
3 | Severe | Major distractions for the referee(s). Ejections for Positive Environment Agreement violation occurred or should have. May or may not have considered terminating the game. |
