Kickers SC Club Philosophy
Too many Youth clubs and coaches emphasize winning at an early age without teaching the fundamentals for a youth soccer player to excel at a later age. Soccer players do not peak until their late 20's so our approach to youth soccer is to provide each individual with quality instructional and developmental training from an early age.
The Club's main aim to produce technically and tactically sound individuals through a structured training program designed by experienced coaching directors and approved by the Kickers SC Board.
The Kickers SC is proud to provide a comprehensive club training program for all youth soccer players. For more information on our idea of Development and our Club philosophy, please email Nick at
Internal Guest Players
The Kickers SC utilizes the League Guest Player rule to allow players to experience a higher level of competition to aid development or assist a team short numbers for a certain game. All Guest Player selections are chosen and authorized through the Club's Training Staff and cleared through the Club's Technical Director. Guest players will not begin a game unless the team is short the minimum number of players to begin a game and no Guest Player will attain more minutes than a rostered player (Specialist positions on the field are the only exception to this rule).
External Guest Players
An External Guest Player will only be asked if the situation requires the addition of a player to a Tournament roster. The Guest Player will not begin a game unless the squad has less than the minimum number of players to begin a game. Any External guest player will not receive more minutes than a regular Club rostered player (Specialist positions on the field are the only exception to this rule).
