Kickers SC New Player Information
The following information is for a Player joining the Kickers SC Organization. We require from you:
1. 1 copy of your Birth Certificate.
2. 1 copy of your Family Medical Insurance (Front and Back)
3. 1 copy of the IYSA Medical Waiver
4. 1 copy of the FVPD Waiver
5. Boys - 1 copy of the NISL Player Application Form
6. Boys - 1 copy of US Club Waiver
7. Girls - 1 copy of the IWSL Player Application Form.
8. Digital photo
9. Your deposit check should be recieved by the Club within 48 hours of you accepting your Roster Spot.
All forms are available to download under the Documents Tab on our Club website.

Kickers SC Scholarship Information
We have a minimal amount of financial assistance available for Kickers SC players. Please go to our Documents section and print out the Scholarship application form and hand this to a Kickers SC Board Member or email this form to

Kickers SC Uniform Information
The Kickers SC uniform provider is XARA Soccer (www.xarasoccer.com) and they are available to purchase at Kirhofer's Sports located at:

The current pricing is:
Home/Away Shirt - $43 (includes number)
Shorts - $21
Socks - $10
Training T-Shirt - $8
Please confirm your shirt number with your Head Coach or Team Manager before you have it printed.
